Schooner Anchored @ Salt Pond Bay - St. John - U.S. Virgin Islands

468 x 60 Sharm

Amazing view

Wow . Gorgeous . In the words of the Liz Lemon "I want to go to there!"

Had to walk down a 1/2 mile long dirt road (strewn with rocks and lots of uneven ground) when in process of recovering from quad injury surgery on right leg) - but trip was well worth it - a beach not as well visited by tourist because access not as easy to get to as other beaches on St. John

It's pictures like this that make me sad that in days of yore , canadians didn't set sail and go annex some deserted tropical island ....

You made me laugh! :)

Chet, think about it, you guys tried to invade Toronto back when, but then instead settled for Hawaii, the virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico... While we got... Well we get to be different and allow trips to the very exotic land of Cuba...
